This policy explains how JITVAX handles personal information when you visit wbkbtv.com, submit a project inquiry, email us, or call us.

1. Who we are

JITVAX is a creative media studio operated by Dina Levitan. In this policy, “JITVAX,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the site operator.

2. Information we collect

When you use the project inquiry form, email us, or call us, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, organization, project type, budget range, timing, project details, attachments, and anything else you include.

The inquiry form processes your entries on the website server and hands the message to the configured mail service for delivery to our business inbox. The site does not save form submissions in a database.

Basic technical information

Our hosting or security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested page, date and time, referring page, error information, and security events. This information may appear in ordinary server logs and is used to deliver, maintain, and protect the site.

Session technology

When you open or use the contact form, the site may set a short-lived, strictly necessary session cookie. It supports form security, CSRF protection, submission status, and basic rate limiting. It is not used for analytics or advertising.

We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, or nonessential cookies.

3. How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
• Evaluate a proposed project and prepare a proposal;
• Provide and administer services if you become a client;
• Maintain appropriate business, accounting, and correspondence records;
• Operate, troubleshoot, and secure the site;
• Protect our rights and prevent misuse; and
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use inquiry information to build advertising profiles.

4. How we disclose information

We do not sell personal information, rent contact lists, or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to providers supporting website hosting, security, email, or business operations; professional advisers; authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or security; or a successor in a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

5. Retention

We retain inquiry and business correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate or administer a project, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet contractual, tax, or legal obligations. Form entries are not stored in a site database. Copies delivered to our email system may remain there under our normal correspondence-retention practices.

Technical-log retention depends on operational and security needs and the relevant hosting provider’s configuration.

6. Sensitive and consumer health information

JITVAX does not provide health services and does not intentionally collect or infer consumer health data through the site. Please do not submit medical information, government identification numbers, payment-card details, account passwords, or other highly sensitive information in a general inquiry.

7. Children’s privacy

The site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information may contact us to request its deletion.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may allow you to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the request. We will respond as required by applicable law and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

If applicable law gives you a right to appeal our decision, reply with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” Because JITVAX does not sell personal information or use it for cross-site targeted advertising, there is currently no such processing to opt out of through Global Privacy Control or a similar browser signal.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending confidential or sensitive material until an appropriate secure method has been agreed.

10. International visitors

JITVAX operates from the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

11. Other websites

The site may link to websites operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and JITVAX is not responsible for those practices.
