These Terms of Use govern access to and use of wbkbtv.com, operated under the name JITVAX by Dina Levitan. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site presents information about JITVAX, its creative media capabilities, studio explorations, and ways to make contact. Site content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer, quote, or guarantee of availability.
Any paid project will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project agreement controls for that engagement.

JITVAX grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the site for lawful personal or business-information purposes.

- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- Attempt to bypass security or interfere with site operation;
- Introduce malicious code or use automated tools that place an unreasonable burden on the site;
- Scrape or harvest contact information;
- Use the site or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes; or
- Imply endorsement by JITVAX without written authorization.

Do not send confidential project files or sensitive personal information before suitable arrangements are in place.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JITVAX and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the site.
Aggregate liability for direct claims arising solely from the site will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid specifically for access to the site during the preceding 12 months. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold JITVAX and its operator harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, your material breach of these Terms, or material you submitted without the necessary rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes relating solely to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
